All client visits are from an online platform from the comfort of your home. You can use the “Free 15 min Consultation” button to book a consultation visit.
How are you different than conventional medicine?
At Cherish, we empower you to optimize your health and wellness through simple and comprehensive root-cause natural healing solutions, so you can cherish everyday living. Generally, clients come to us with their chronic illnesses for which they have tried everything but haven’t received any relief yet. We spend enough time needed to listen to understand your health story, connect the dots of your health puzzles. We collaborate with you to achieve your health goals through personalized care, nutrition, lifestyle, supplementation recommendations. We focus on Resetting your Metabolic and Immune Health Naturally. We may recommend advanced functional tests and referrals as needed. We are different from other Holistic providers. Our goal is to empower you with the knowledge needed to understand your health. We do so by providing learning resources.
What do you use for virtual online visits?
Your privacy is our priority. We use a HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability & Protection Act) compliant electronic medical record platform like the “PracticeBetter” system for all client health records, visit encounters, messaging, journal entries.
Do you accept HSA/FSA for service?
Yes, we do accept HSA/FSA accounts for the fee for service. However, please check with your insurance for verification. The coverage may vary depending upon the insurance policy.
I Do not Live in NY. How can I receive your services?
Absolutely! We are a virtual Functional Wellness Holistic Practice. That means we can serve you at the comfort of your house anywhere. We provide lifestyle wellness consultation globally. Cherish Functional Wellness doesn’t act as your primary care provider, and we do not intend to diagnose the disease, or treat it. Our Practitioner is licensed in the state of NY & OH.
Do you accept health insurance?
Unfortunately, at this time, insurance companies do not cover comprehensive functional wellness visits. We are working to find ways that clients may utilize insurance at Cherish. However, we do accept HSA/FSA card depending upon your insurance policy.
What is the cost of your services?
The service cost depends upon your health, complexity and the type of program. To make functional wellness accessible, we have made our comprehensive, outcome-based programs very affordable and sustainable. We also provide 1:1 traditional visits at a low cost. Do you offer a payment plan for your services?
Yes, we do offer payment plans for the Rest, Transformational, and Focused group programs if needed. Please schedule a free consultation or email us if you are ready to take your health to the next level!
